Policy and Procedures

The Academy upholds many policies and procedures that are important for all staff and students to acknowledge and understand. It is very important that the following document is reviewed, understood and respected by all people attending or employed by CIAcademy. Our Policies and Procedures Manual is available for viewing online.

Once accepted and enrolled as a student at CIAcademy, students and parents will be required to read and accept the Policies and Procedures at CIAcademy. A signed copy of the document will be made available to students and parents. The Academy administration will also retain a copy.  

Student Code of Conduct

Every student and their parent/guardian will be required to sign a Student Code of Conduct. CIAcademy prides itself on developing understanding, responsibility, civic duty and accountability in each of its students. The Student Code of Conduct is paramount to upholding the principles that CIAcademy aims to cultivate in students. This Code outlines all of the expectations, responsibilities and rights for CIAcademy students. This document must also be carefully read and signed when submitting an application.

Emergency Procedures

In the event of emergencies at CIAcademy, there are emergency and safety procedures that every staff and student at CIAcademy must follow. An Emergency Procedures Manual will be made available to students, as well as presented and reviewed during orientation. CIAcademy also conducts emergency drills multiple times a year.
